Ore-Oluwa Return and Refund Policy
At Ore-Oluwa, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each piece of our collection. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making things right under the following conditions:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at 0re.0luwabrand@gmail.com. To qualify for a refund, you must provide clear evidence of the issue within 30 days of receiving your item. This may include photos or other documentation as requested. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
No Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns for any items that do not fall under the damaged, defective, or incorrect order category. All other sales are final, and we encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
For approved refund requests, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at 0re.0luwabrand@gmail.com.
